У вас буде можливість внести дві невеликі правки в дизайн вашої статуетки, коли ми надішлемо вам наші 3D-рендери, перш ніж ми виготовимо ваше замовлення.
Ми не приймаємо жодних змін після того, як ви дали зелене світло.
Ми вимагаємо мінімум чотири фотографії: анфас, 45 градусів, профіль і повний зріст.
Ви можете надіслати додаткові фотографії. Вони можуть допомогти нам краще передати суть людини, про яку йде мова.

About our Figurines
Залежно від розміру, але зазвичай близько 15-18 см заввишки для персонажів, і 1 см заввишки для основи. Діаметр основи становить 9 см для одиночної фігурки, 12 см для парної фігурки і близько 21 см для фігурки +3 людини.
Кожен персонаж повинен важити близько 40 г, а основа - близько 50 г.
Після того, як ми отримаємо ваші фотографії, ми намалюємо деякі еталони для 3D-моделювання. Потім ми друкуємо наші фігурки на 3D-принтері за допомогою стійкої фотополімерної смоли.
Ми розфарбовуємо їх вручну акриловими фарбами та аерографом, а також покриваємо високоякісним лаком.
В результаті ми отримуємо високоякісну, іграшкову фігурку, на яку завжди приємно дивитися.

What if something goes wrong?
Ми друкуємо наші фігурки в декількох частинах на випадок, якщо одна з них зламається, тож в такому випадку ми замінимо її!
Надішліть нам електронного листа з фотографіями зламаних деталей, і ми зробимо для них пропозицію.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.

Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
