Siparişinizi üretmeden önce size 3D renderlarımızı gönderdiğimizde heykelciğinizin tasarımında iki küçük revizyon yapma fırsatınız olacak.

About our Figurines

Resimlerinizi aldıktan sonra, 3D Modelleme için bazı referanslar çizeceğiz. Daha sonra figürinlerimizi dayanıklı Fotopolimer Reçine ile 3D olarak basıyoruz.
Akrilik boyalarla elle ve hava fırçasıyla boyuyor ve yüksek kaliteli vernikle kapatıyoruz.
Bu da her zaman bakmaya değer, yüksek kaliteli, oyuncak benzeri bir figürün ortaya çıkmasını sağlıyor.

What if something goes wrong?
Figürinlerimizi, birinin kırılması ihtimaline karşı birkaç parça halinde basıyoruz, bu durumda onları değiştiririz!

We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
