Prav tako vas spodbujamo, da se podrobneje seznanite z upodobljeno osebo: edinstvenimi izrazi, notranjimi šalami ali osebnimi povezavami.
Kontekst nam pomaga ustvariti boljše figurice.
Če ne bomo mogli izdelati figurice v skladu z vašimi opisi, vam bomo poslali elektronsko sporočilo za nadaljnji pogovor.
Če želite nekaj drugega, kot ste načrtovali za svojo figurico, stopite v stik z nami čim prej in nekaj bomo uredili.
Ko vam bomo poslali 3D-renderje, boste imeli možnost dveh manjših popravkov načrta vaše figurice, preden bomo izdelali vaše naročilo.
Po vaši zeleni luči ne sprejemamo nobenih sprememb.
Potrebujemo najmanj štiri fotografije: čelno, pod kotom 45 stopinj, iz profila in celega telesa.
Lahko pošljete dodatne. Morda nam bodo pomagale bolje zajeti bistvo zadevne osebe.

Vaše naročilo se lahko pošlje v največ 30 dneh. Ta rok upoštevajte, preden naročite darilo za določen datum. To nam omogoča, da si vzamemo čas za delo in zagotovimo najboljši možni rezultat.

About our Figurines
Odvisno, vendar je običajno višina likov približno 15-18 cm, in 1 cm višine za podlago. Premer podlage je 9 cm za figurico posameznika, 12 cm za figurico para in približno 21 cm za figurico +3 ljudje.
Vsak lik naj bi tehtal približno 40 g, podstavek pa približno 50 g.
Ko prejmemo vaše slike, narišemo nekaj referenc za 3D modeliranje. Nato naše figurice 3D natisnemo z odporno fotopolimerno smolo.
Z akrilnimi barvami jih ročno pobarvamo in zračno brizgamo ter zapečatimo z visokokakovostnim lakom.
Tako dobimo visokokakovostno figurico, ki spominja na igračo in je vedno privlačna na pogled.

Svoje figurice tiskamo iz več delov za primer, da se kateri od njih zlomi, zato jih bomo v tem primeru zamenjali!
Pošljite nam e-poštno sporočilo s slikami pokvarjenih delov in pripravili bomo ponudbo zanje.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.

Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
