Odporúčame vám tiež, aby ste sa podrobne venovali zobrazovanej osobe: jedinečné výrazy, interné vtipy alebo osobné súvislosti.
Kontext nám pomôže vytvoriť lepšie figúrky.
Ak sa nám nepodarí vyrobiť figúrku podľa vášho opisu, pošleme vám e-mail na ďalšiu diskusiu.
Ak chcete pre svoju figúrku niečo iné, ako ste plánovali, kontaktujte nás čo najskôr a niečo vymyslíme.
Budete mať možnosť urobiť dve malé úpravy návrhu vašej figúrky, keď vám pošleme naše 3D rendery, predtým, ako vašu objednávku vyrobíme.
Po tom, ako vám dáme zelenú, už žiadne zmeny neprijímame.
Požadujeme minimálne štyri fotografie: čelnú, 45-stupňovú, z profilu a celého tela.
Môžete poslať aj ďalšie. Môžu nám pomôcť lepšie zachytiť podstatu danej osoby.

Ak chcete zahrnúť aj svojich domácich miláčikov, môžete nám poslať fotografiu tváre svojho domáceho miláčika a fotografiu celého tela. Ak chcete, môžete poslať aj ďalšie fotografie.

Odoslanie vašej objednávky môže trvať až 30 dní. Pred objednaním darčeka na konkrétny dátum zohľadnite túto lehotu. Vďaka tomu si môžeme dať načas s našou prácou, aby sme zabezpečili čo najlepší výsledok.
Pracujeme v objednávkových obdobiach, takže vám zašleme e-mail s odhadovaným dátumom odoslania.

About our Figurines
Záleží na tom, ale zvyčajne je to okolo 15-18 cm na výšku, a 1 cm na výšku pre základňu. Priemer podstavca je 9 cm pre figúrku sólistu, 12 cm pre figúrku páru a približne 21 cm pre figúrku +3 ľudia.
Každá postavička by mala vážiť približne 40 g a podstavec približne 50 g.
Po prijatí vašich obrázkov nakreslíme niekoľko referencií pre 3D modelovanie. Potom naše figúrky 3D vytlačíme pomocou odolnej fotopolymérovej živice.
Ručne ich maľujeme a airbrushujeme akrylovými farbami a zapečatíme ich kvalitným lakom.
Výsledkom je vysokokvalitná figúrka pripomínajúca hračku, ktorá je vždy príťažlivá na pohľad.

Naše figúrky tlačíme z viacerých častí pre prípad, že sa niektorá z nich pokazí, takže v takom prípade ju vymeníme!
Pošlite nám e-mail s fotografiami poškodených dielov a my vám vypracujeme cenovú ponuku.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.

Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
