Jā. Pasūtot savu figūriņu, jums būs jāievada vēlamā izteiksme un poza.
Mēs arī aicinām jūs sīkāk aprakstīt attēloto personu: unikālas izteiksmes, iekšējus jokus vai personiskas saiknes.
Konteksts palīdz mums radīt labākas figūriņas.
Ja mēs nevarēsim izgatavot figūriņu atbilstoši jūsu aprakstam, mēs nosūtīsim jums e-pasta vēstuli turpmākai apspriešanai.
Ja savai figūriņai vēlaties ko citu, nekā esat plānojis, sazinieties ar mums pēc iespējas ātrāk, un mēs kaut ko izstrādāsim.
Jums būs iespēja veikt divas nelielas korekcijas savas figūriņas dizainā, kad nosūtīsim jums 3D renderus, pirms mēs izgatavosim jūsu pasūtījumu.
Mēs nepieņemam nekādas izmaiņas pēc tam, kad esat devis zaļo gaismu.
Mums ir nepieciešami vismaz četri fotoattēli: frontāli, 45 grādu leņķī, no profila un visa ķermeņa.
Jūs varat sūtīt papildu fotogrāfijas. Tās var palīdzēt mums labāk attēlot konkrētās personas būtību.

Ja vēlaties iekļaut savus mājdzīvniekus, varat mums nosūtīt sava mājdzīvnieka sejas un visa ķermeņa fotogrāfiju. Ja vēlaties, varat nosūtīt papildu fotoattēlus.

Jūsu pasūtījuma nosūtīšana var aizņemt līdz 30 dienām. Lūdzu, ņemiet vērā šo termiņu, pirms pasūtāt dāvanu uz konkrētu datumu. Tas ļauj mums nesteigties ar darbu, lai nodrošinātu vislabāko iespējamo rezultātu.
Mēs strādājam pasūtījuma sezonās, tāpēc jūs saņemsiet e-pastu ar aptuveno nosūtīšanas datumu.

About our Figurines
Tas ir atkarīgs no tā, bet parasti tas ir aptuveni 15-18 cm augstums, un 1cm augstums pamatnei. Pamatnes diametrs ir 9 cm solo figūriņai, 12 cm pāru figūriņai un aptuveni 21 cm +3 cilvēku figūriņai.
Katra figūriņa sver aptuveni 40 gramus, bet pamatne sver aptuveni 50 gramus.
Pēc tam, kad būsim saņēmuši jūsu attēlus, mēs uzzīmēsim dažas atsauces 3D modelēšanai. Pēc tam mēs 3D drukājam mūsu figūriņas ar izturīgu fotopolimēra sveķus.
Mēs tās krāsojam ar rokām un aerogrāfiski ar akrila krāsām, kā arī pārklājam ar augstas kvalitātes laku.
Tā rezultātā iegūstam augstas kvalitātes, rotaļlietām līdzīgas figūriņas, kas vienmēr ir pievilcīgas skatam.

What if something goes wrong?
Mēs drukājam savas figūriņas vairākās daļās, lai gadījumā, ja kāda no tām salūztu, tādā gadījumā mēs tās nomainīsim!
Nosūtiet mums e-pastu ar bojāto detaļu attēliem, un mēs sagatavosim to cenas piedāvājumu.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

The price of shipping is automatically added to your basket during check-out.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please sazinieties ar mums with any questions regarding carrier claims.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
