또한 독특한 표정, 내면의 농담, 개인적인 친분 등 묘사되는 인물에 대해 자세히 설명해 주시는 것이 좋습니다.
맥락은 더 나은 피규어를 만드는 데 도움이 됩니다.
설명에 따라 피규어를 제작할 수 없는 경우 추가 논의를 위해 이메일을 보내드립니다.
피규어에 계획했던 것과 다른 것을 원하시는 경우, 문의하기 최대한 빨리 연락해 주시면 해결책을 찾아보겠습니다.
3D 렌더링을 보내드리면 주문을 제작하기 전에 피규어 디자인을 두 번 수정할 수 있는 기회가 주어집니다.
승인 후에는 어떠한 변경도 허용되지 않습니다.
정면, 45도, 프로필, 전신 사진 등 최소 4장의 사진이 필요합니다.
추가 사진을 보내실 수 있습니다. 추가 사진은 해당 인물의 본질을 더 잘 포착하는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

저희는 커미션 시즌에 작업하므로 예상 배송일이 포함된 이메일을 보내드립니다.

About our Figurines
상황에 따라 다르지만 하지만 보통 캐릭터의 높이는 15-18cm 정도입니다, 1cm 높이 높이가 적당합니다. 베이스의 지름은 솔로 피규어의 경우 9cm, 커플 피규어의 경우 12cm, +3인 피규어의 경우 약 21cm입니다.
각 캐릭터의 무게는 약 40그램, 베이스의 무게는 약 50그램이어야 합니다.
사진을 받으면 3D 모델링에 참고할 몇 가지 참고 도안을 그립니다. 그런 다음 내성이 강한 포토폴리머 레진으로 피규어를 3D 프린팅합니다.
아크릴 물감으로 수작업으로 페인팅하고 에어브러시를 칠한 후 고급 바니시로 밀봉합니다.
이렇게 완성된 고품질의 장난감 같은 피규어는 언제나 보기만 해도 매력적입니다.

What if something goes wrong?
피규어 중 하나가 부러질 경우를 대비해 피규어를 여러 부분으로 인쇄하고 있으므로, 그런 경우 교체해 드립니다!

We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
