What's our process
Igen. A figura megrendelésekor meg kell adnod a kívánt arckifejezést és pózt.
Arra is bátorítjuk, hogy részletesen beszéljen az ábrázolt személyről: egyedi arckifejezések, belső viccek vagy személyes kapcsolatok.
A kontextus segít nekünk jobb figurákat készíteni.
Ha nem tudjuk elkészíteni a figurát az Ön leírása alapján, küldünk Önnek egy e-mailt további megbeszélés céljából.
Ha valami mást szeretnél, mint amit a figurádra terveztél, kapcsolatfelvétel a lehető leghamarabb, és kitalálunk valamit.
Lehetőséged lesz két kisebb módosításra a figurád tervén, amikor elküldjük neked a 3D-s rendereléseinket, mielőtt legyártjuk a megrendelésedet.
A zöld utat követően nem fogadunk el semmilyen módosítást.
Minimum négy fotóra van szükségünk: frontális, 45 fokos, profil és teljes testkép.
Továbbiakat is küldhet. Segítségükkel jobban megragadhatjuk az adott személy lényegét.

Ha háziállatát is be szeretné vonni, küldhet nekünk egy képet a háziállat arcáról, és egy egész testes fotót. Ha szeretné, további fényképeket is küldhet.

A megrendelésének kiszállítása akár 30 napot is igénybe vehet. Kérjük, vegye figyelembe ezt a határidőt, mielőtt egy adott időpontra rendelne ajándékot. Ez lehetővé teszi számunkra, hogy időt szánjunk a munkára, hogy a lehető legjobb eredményt biztosítsuk.
Megbízási szezonokban dolgozunk, ezért kapni fog egy e-mailt a várható szállítási dátummal.
We accept debit and credit cards, Visa, Mastercard (through Stripe), Paypal and Google Pay.
About our Figurines
Attól függ, de általában 15-18 cm magasak a karakterek, és 1cm magasság a talapzatnak. A talapzat átmérője 9cm egy szóló figura esetében, 12cm egy páros figura esetében, és körülbelül 21cm egy +3 személyes figura esetében.
Minden egyes figura súlya kb. 40 gramm, az alap súlya pedig kb. 50 gramm.
Miután megkaptuk a képeket, rajzolunk néhány referenciát a 3D modellezéshez. Ezután 3D nyomtatjuk ki a figuráinkat ellenálló fotopolimer gyantával.
Akrilfestékkel kézzel festjük és airbrusholjuk őket, majd kiváló minőségű lakkal zárjuk le.
Ennek eredményeképpen egy kiváló minőségű, játékszerű figurát kapunk, amelyre mindig vonzó ránézni.

What if something goes wrong?
A figuráinkat több részből nyomtatjuk, arra az esetre, ha valamelyik eltörne, ebben az esetben kicseréljük!
Küldjön nekünk egy e-mailt a törött alkatrészek képeivel, és mi elkészítjük az árajánlatot.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

We ship worldwide through our national courrier, CTT Expresso.

The price of shipping is automatically added to your basket during check-out.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please kapcsolatfelvétel with any questions regarding carrier claims.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
