Jos emme pysty valmistamaan figuuria kuvauksesi mukaisesti, lähetämme sinulle sähköpostia, jotta voimme keskustella asiasta lisää.
Jos haluat hahmollesi jotain muuta kuin suunnittelit, Ota yhteyttä mahdollisimman pian, niin keksimme jotain.
Sinulla on mahdollisuus tehdä kaksi pientä tarkistusta figuurisi suunnitteluun, kun lähetämme sinulle 3D-versiot, ennen kuin valmistamme tilauksesi.
Emme hyväksy muutoksia vihreän valon jälkeen.
Tarvitsemme vähintään neljä valokuvaa: etukuva, 45 asteen kuva, profiili ja kokovartalokuva.
Voit lähettää ylimääräisiä. Ne voivat auttaa meitä vangitsemaan paremmin kyseisen henkilön olemuksen.

Jos haluat ottaa mukaan lemmikkisi, voit lähettää meille kuvan lemmikkisi kasvoista ja kokovartalokuvan. Voit halutessasi lähettää lisäkuvia.

Tilauksesi lähettäminen voi kestää jopa 30 päivää. Ota tämä määräaika huomioon, ennen kuin tilaat lahjan tiettyä päivämäärää varten. Näin voimme ottaa aikaa työhömme, jotta voimme varmistaa parhaan mahdollisen lopputuloksen.

About our Figurines
Se riippuu, mutta yleensä hahmojen korkeus on noin 15-18 cm, ja 1cm korkeus pohjan korkeus. Jalustan halkaisija on 9 cm soolofiguurille, 12 cm pariskuntafiguurille ja noin 21 cm +3 hengen figuurille.
Kunkin hahmon painon tulisi olla noin 40 grammaa ja pohjan painon noin 50 grammaa.
Kun olemme saaneet kuvasi, piirrämme joitakin viitteitä 3D-mallinnusta varten. Sitten 3D-tulostamme figuurimme kestävällä fotopolymeerihartsilla.
Maalaamme ne käsin ja airbrushilla akryylimaaleilla ja sinetöimme ne laadukkaalla lakalla.
Tuloksena on laadukas, lelumainen figuuri, joka on aina houkutteleva katsella.

What if something goes wrong?
Painatamme figuurimme useassa osassa, jos jokin niistä rikkoutuu, joten siinä tapauksessa vaihdamme ne!

We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

The price of shipping is automatically added to your basket during check-out.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please Ota yhteyttä with any questions regarding carrier claims.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
