What's our process
Yes. When ordering your figurine, you will have to input your preferred expression and pose.
We also encourage you to go into detail about the person being portrayed: unique expressions, inside jokes, or personal connections. Context helps us create better figurines.
If we cannot produce a figurine according to your descriptions, we will send you an email for further discussion.
If you want something different than you planned for your figurine, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work something out.
You’ll have the opportunity to make two small revisions to your figurine’s design, when we send you our 3D renders, before we produce your order.
We do not accept any changes after your green light.
We require four photos minimum: frontal, 45 degrees, profile, and full body.
You can send additional ones. They may help us better capture the essence of the person in question.

If you want to include your pets, you can send us a photo of your pet’s face, and a full-body one. You can send additional photos if you’d like.

Your order may take up to 30 days to be shipped. Please take this deadline into account before ordering a present for a specific date. This allows us to take our time with our work, to ensure the best result possible.
We work in commission seasons, so you’ll receive an email with an estimated shipping date.
We accept debit and credit cards, Visa, Mastercard (through Stripe), Paypal and Google Pay.
About our Figurines
It depends, but usually around 15-18cm height for the characters, and 1cm height for the base. Diameter of the base is 9cm for a Solo Figurine, 12cm for a Couples Figurine, and around 21cm for a +3 People Figurine.
Each character should weigh around 40gr, and the base weighing around 50gr.
After we receive your pictures, we’ll draw some references for 3D Modeling. We then 3D print our figurines with resistant Photopolymer Resin.
We hand paint and airbrush them with acrylic paints, and seal them with high-quality varnish.
This results in a high-quality, toy-like figurine that is always appealing to look at.
I have tattoos, can you paint them?
What if something goes wrong?
We print our figurines in several parts in case one of them breaks, so in that case, we’ll replace them!
Send us an email with pictures of the broken parts, and we’ll make a quote for them.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.

The price of shipping is automatically added to your basket during check-out.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with any questions regarding carrier claims.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
