Dispute Resolution
Any consumer residing in the EU can exercise their right to complain to an official, third-party entity that is impartial to the process.
If you are unsatisfied with our service or you feel we’ve broken our terms of service, you can contact us directly, as well as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
For more information, please refer to the official EU page.
You can also leave a formal complaint on the Online Complaints Book, a Portuguese State official tool for company accountability.
However, it is our policy to never ignore or harm our customers, so we ask that you send us an email first, so that we can solve our disputes in a more direct manner.
