Ano. Při objednávání figurky je třeba zadat preferovaný výraz a pózu.
Také vás vyzýváme, abyste se podrobněji věnovali zobrazované osobě: jedinečnému výrazu, interním vtipům nebo osobním vazbám.
Kontext nám pomáhá vytvářet lepší figurky.
Pokud nebudeme moci vyrobit figurku podle vašeho popisu, zašleme vám e-mail k další diskusi.
Pokud chcete pro svou figurku něco jiného, než jste plánovali, kontaktujte nás co nejdříve a něco vymyslíme.
Budete mít možnost provést dvě malé úpravy návrhu vaší figurky, až vám zašleme naše 3D rendery, než vaši objednávku vyrobíme.
Po udělení zelené nepřijímáme žádné změny.
Požadujeme minimálně čtyři fotografie: čelní, 45stupňovou, z profilu a celého těla.
Můžete poslat i další. Mohou nám pomoci lépe vystihnout podstatu dané osoby.

Pokud chcete zahrnout i své domácí mazlíčky, můžete nám zaslat fotografii obličeje svého mazlíčka a fotografii celého těla. Pokud chcete, můžete poslat další fotografie.

Odeslání vaší objednávky může trvat až 30 dní. Před objednáním dárku na konkrétní datum berte prosím tuto lhůtu v úvahu. Díky tomu si můžeme dát s prací na čas, abychom zajistili co nejlepší výsledek.
Pracujeme v sezónách na zakázku, takže vám přijde e-mail s předpokládaným termínem odeslání.

About our Figurines
Záleží na tom, Záleží na tom, ale obvykle se výška postaviček pohybuje kolem 15-18 cm a výška podstavce kolem 1 cm. a 1 cm na výšku pro podstavec. Průměr podstavce je 9 cm pro figurku sólisty, 12 cm pro figurku páru a asi 21 cm pro figurku +3 lidé.
Každá postavička by měla vážit asi 40 g a podstavec asi 50 g.
Poté, co obdržíme vaše obrázky, nakreslíme několik referencí pro 3D modelování. Poté naše figurky vytiskneme 3D tiskem z odolné fotopolymerové pryskyřice.
Ručně je malujeme a airbrushujeme akrylovými barvami a tmelíme kvalitním lakem.
Výsledkem je vysoce kvalitní figurka připomínající hračku, která je vždy přitažlivá na pohled.

What if something goes wrong?
Naše figurky tiskneme z několika dílů pro případ, že se některý z nich rozbije, takže v takovém případě je vyměníme!
Pošlete nám e-mail s fotografiemi poškozených dílů a my vám vypracujeme cenovou nabídku.
We ship our figurines in separate pieces, in foam, to avoid breakage. Still, it’s not impossible for something to happen during shipping.
Pošlete nám e-mail with picture proof, for review purposes.

European VAT
Starting from January 2025, the European Union presented a special VAT regime for small companies, that allow them to not charge any VAT within the EU.
So there is no VAT charge for our european neighbours! Click here to read the official European Commission article.
Fees, Import Taxes, Tariffs
For non-EU customers, purchases on this website are not subjected to european VAT, or any VAT at all.
They are, however, subject to their home country’s regulations on import fees, taxes and tariffs, which are calculated in customs and charged to the consumer upon delivery.
Please double check what post purchases fees you might have, before buying your figurine.
We do not refund orders that are sent back due to customs issues, whether they are refusal to pay predisposed tax & fees, failure to present required documents, or any other problem.
Depending on your specific case, we may consider reshipping your figurine, upon payment of reshipping costs. We ask that you contact us, should such a situation arise.
Cancellation / Return Policy
However, we work exclusively with custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14 day limit applies to other factors other than insatisfaction with the design of the product, for example, product broken on arrival, defective product, or a different result from what was agreed on.
To prevent insatisfaction with your product, we send our customers a draft for the final product, upon which they can ask for some changes.
